1. Scope and responsibility
This notice explains how the coremantra project team (“coremantra”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us about an ownership, investment, operating or other business conversation. The final operating entity for the proposed platform has not yet been selected; privacy requests are currently handled through the contact channel below.
2. Information we collect
If you prepare or send an enquiry, the information may include your name, work email, company or organisation, whether you are an owner, investor or operator, the subject of your interest, an optional indicative investment range, and any context you choose to provide. Please do not send wallet addresses, identity documents, financial-account details or sensitive personal data through the enquiry form.
Our hosting provider may also process limited technical data needed to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, referring page and diagnostic or security logs.
The website form prepares an email in your own email application. The form information is not transmitted to coremantra until you review and choose to send that email.
3. Why and how we use information
We use enquiry information to assess and respond to your request, arrange a relevant conversation, maintain necessary business records, protect the site and our communications, and meet legal obligations. Where our use relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
We limit collection to information reasonably needed for those purposes. We do not sell personal data or use enquiry data for targeted advertising.
5. International processing
Website hosting, email and business operations may involve processing in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organisational or legal safeguards for cross-border transfers.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential relationship, maintain appropriate records and satisfy legal requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing relationship are ordinarily deleted or anonymised within 24 months, unless a shorter or longer period is required for a legitimate reason.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; request portability; or raise a grievance. You may also nominate another person where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
To exercise a right or withdraw consent, use the website enquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the context field. We will respond in line with applicable requirements. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
8. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This website is for business audiences and is not directed to children.
9. Cookies and changes
This concept site does not use advertising cookies. Essential infrastructure may use strictly necessary technologies for delivery or security. If analytics or other non-essential technologies are introduced, this notice and any consent controls will be updated. Material changes to this notice will be reflected in the date above.
10. Contact and grievance channel
For privacy questions, rights requests or grievances, use the website enquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the context field. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
